Products and services
Studio Coiffure Cannes offers two nail technician training courses:
- Online course — €359 inclusive of all taxes
- Private 4-day course at the studio — €2,100 inclusive of all taxes
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Ordering and payment
Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform. The order is confirmed once payment has been received in full. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Access to the online course
Access to the online course is sent by email within 24 working hours of payment. Access is personal, non-transferable and unlimited in duration.
Private training
The dates of the private course (4 days at the studio) are agreed between Manon Sassi Dalmasso and the student after payment has been confirmed. If the customer cancels more than 14 days before the agreed date, a credit note is offered. With fewer than 14 days remaining, no refund will be made except in cases of force majeure.
Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal. For the online course, this right ceases to apply once you have started accessing the digital content (Article L221-28). To exercise this right: contact@studiocoiffurecannes.fr.
Money-back satisfaction guarantee
The online course comes with a 7-day money-back satisfaction guarantee from the time the content is accessed, provided that less than 30% of the content has been viewed.
Intellectual property
All teaching content (videos, PDFs and materials) is the exclusive property of Studio Coiffure Cannes. Any reproduction or commercial exploitation without prior agreement is prohibited.
Liability
Studio Coiffure Cannes undertakes to provide the courses as described. Results depend on each student’s personal commitment.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
